For now, I am only providing virtual/telehealth services. In order for us to work together, you would need to be located in either Kentucky, Indiana or one of the 42 PSYPACT states at the time of your appointment.

For the most part, yes! I offer out of network services and can provide you with a superbill which you can use to self-file with your insurance company. Many insurance companies offer some reimbursement of out-of-network services but please check with yours for the specific benefits of your policy.

That’s a very complicated question! The short answer is, I want to be able to provide the highest quality services possible. By being reimbursed in a timely manner, at a competitive rate and without excessive paperwork/phone calls, I am able to spend my time providing quality patient care, coordinating care with your other providers and participating in specialized trainings to improve my skillset and stay up to date on current literature/treatment modalities.

If you are using your health insurance, your insurance company sets the allowed charge. My self-pay rates are highlighted below. For those in need, please ask about openings for my reduced fee slots.
Intake (60-90 min): $200
Individual Therapy (60 min): $175
Consistent with the No Surprises Act, all self-pay clients will receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) before their scheduled intake.
